Nicknamed Templar Farm,
this outbuilding of Saint-Georges Abbey is hidden in Génetey, on the edge of the Roumare forest. The main building, a noble 13th-century building, stands in the center of a medieval garden, where boxwood and aromatic herbs rub shoulders with ancient varieties of fruit and vegetables. The charming chapel dedicated to Saint Gorgon, the object of a long pilgrimage, completes the visit. But it is advisable to extend this with a stay in one of the lodgings in the old farm buildings!
